Access Online Backup

From a PC with a Dell subscription: Open the Dell Backup solutions program from the start menu or desktop Simply click on the'Browse Backups' button from the Backup software.

From a non-subscribed PC: Download the Backup Browser software to browse and restore your online backups.

Forgot Password

To reset your password enter the email address associated with your Dell Tech backup account. A new password will be sent to your registered email


Change Backup Email/Password

Your backup account password is used by the online and local backup software and backup browser. This password is separate from your Tech Concierge Account password.
