Access your Online Backups
From a PC with a Dell Tech Concierge subscription:
- Open the Dell Tech Concierge Backup program from the start menu or desktop
- Simply click on the "Browse Backups" button from the Backup software
From a non-subscribed PC:
Download the Backup Browser software to browse and restore your online backups.
Create a bootable CD, DVD or USB thumbdrive to restore your entire system hard drive from a local or network full system backup.
Forgot your password?
To reset your password enter the email address associated with your backup account. A new password will be sent to this email address.
Change your backup password
Your backup account password is used by the online and local backup software and backup browser. This password is separate from your Tech Concierge Account password.
Change your backup email
Your backup account is associated with an email address which you registered at the time of installing backup client. This email is separate from your Tech Concierge Account email. Use this form to change your email.
A confirmation email will be sent to your new email address. Please confirm within 48 hours for this change to take effect.
